Premium pan at a premium price

The Nanobond pan is probably the best traditional skillet I’ve ever used. It’s not non-stick so don’t buy it expecting that, but if you use it correctly it’s “less stick” than any other stainless steel pan out there. Even with whatever sticks, it cleans up easily and comes out looking brand new again with a little Barkeepers Friend or Hestan’s cleaning polish. The handle is more comfortable than the one on my All Clad copper core skillet and it’s not as heavy as the All Clad stuff either. It also fits in the bottom rack of my dishwasher, unlike the All Clad, since there no helper handle on it. It’s a very expensive pan and isn't the best value out there as you can get 90% of the same performance from All Clad or other brands for half the price or less, but if you want the absolute best and don't mind paying a lot more for it, go for it. Nanobond pans should last a lifetime and beyond.
