Pricy but Highest Quality Pans I found still Dishwasher Safe

I appreciate the flush rivets which otherwise were annoying to clean on other pans. Better yet, actually dishwasher safe! Using a dishwasher does cause *temporary* discoloring but the quality makes up for any slight appearance issues which have no effect on the cooking. I am not claiming these are non-stick, but with just a pastry brush of oil they behave as good as non-stick and because they are titanium, they are much easier to clean than non-stick coatings. If anything did stick when I’m done cooking, I use a plastic scraper intended for cleaning cast iron and everything comes off clean with the first scrape.

Great equipment

I have been using the NanoBond 12. 5” skillet for a few weeks now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The surface is mirror smooth, it is essentially non-stick with good technique. With skin on chicken thighs started in a cold pan with no oil the skin crisped beautifully and released with no problems. They left a great fond which turned into a great skillet sauce. Cleans easily w soap and water. Slight bluing disappears with Hestan’s cleaner. My plan now is to replace all of my other pots and pans with nanobond over the next year. My only complaint - though packed extremely securely there is too much styrofoam popcorn in the box which is hard to corral and hard to dispose of.

These are hands-down the best

These are hands-down the best skillets I have cooked with. They maintain their heat very well across the entire cooking surface. They clean very easily and are true to their advertising. They are a bit heavier than I am used to, but that is a small price to pay for the quality of product and cooking you will get from these skillets.

Great cookware

Even heating and easy to clean. There is some discoloration that can be removed with cleaners but does not bother me enough to do so. I care more about the easy to clean part and tolerating the occasional metal utensils use without noticeable scratching. Good balance of weight and an extra hard surface make a great skillet. Not cheap but great quality and usefulness make it worth the cost for me.
