Mother day gift from my 15year old son

This is my second time ordering earrings from Macy’s cause unfortunately I lost the first pair my son bought me last year 2025 for Mother’s Day. So I had to wait till this year Mother’s Day for my son to save up money for a new pair of earrings. I was so excited about receiving them today 5/16/26. But when I opened the package and looked at the earrings the was a diamond missing from one of the earrings. I showed my son and he said I had to get a new pair. Just hoping the exchange process is easy and I’m happy with it.
