Stones falling out

Gorgeous ring, but have lost 3 diamonds in the 4 months I've owned this ring. This is not an "every day" ring for me, having worn it maybe 6-7 times for special evenings. Can't imagine if someone were wearing this as a wedding ring, or on a daily basis, how the stones would be holding up. Very disappointed.
