Saggy Seat

Love the size and look of the chair. I'm a bit surprised that the seat cushion has imprints after sitting on the chair after the first time.

Lacks quality

I received my Tilmar Estate Sofa yesterday. I am very disappointed in the quality. On one side of the sofa you can actually feel the springs. In addition, the springs have caused deep indentations in the fabric. The other side seems to be well padded and the springs can’t be felt. Also, there is a defect in the fabric that appears as if were stained on the bottom front of the frame. I visited two Macy’s showrooms and neither had the estate sofa on display, only the chair and sofa. Perhaps, they are aware of this problem. I am definitely returning this sofa.
