Returned item - poor quality.

First, the tag was removed from the earrings telling me these had been returned already so I looked for reasons why and it was obvious the clasp does not hold. I will have to take them to a jeweler to repair them and make the clasp hold.

Damaged/small dent

I was disappointed. There was a small dent in my earrings. I had to return them. Not really noticable, but new items should not be damaged.
