Damaged on Arrival

Earrings arrived damaged. One earring looks as though someone clamped it with needle-nosed pliers. After work today I now need to make the 20 minute drive to the closest Macy’s and exchange them. They were a birthday gift. So disappointed.

Been wearing 24/7 for months

Been wearing 24/7 for months. I did have one come off once while sleeping and the back clip in section bent. I was fearful to break it while using tweezers to reshape and it has been fine since. I recommend if on sale.
