TERRIBLE QUALITY.

The couch is terrible quality. I requested an inspector from Tristate to come out last year, which one came. Macy’s sent a replacement couch in January, which has been useless because the quality of the couch is the same. The couch cushions sag and are sunken and if you sit for more than thirty minutes your bottom and back will start to ache. The couch has an ample amount of SHARP feathers coming out of the cushions, which is a safety hazard for my toddler son. I have had this replacement couch for two months and it looks like I have had it for over three years. Not to mention, Macy's is aware that this couch is bad quality because they now have it on clearance. When I visited your Virginia store in August of last year this couch was on display and a fairly new couch. No couch of QUALITY would go on clearance within seven months. MACY'S SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
