Wrong bed construction
We received the bed which requires box spring whereas in the description of this bed says no box spring required. I did not know this until the bed was assembled. The delivery guy told us that we would require the box spring for this bed and the technician who came after I complained also confirmed that this bed requires box spring. I complained again to the given customer service number and the representative said that this is the bed I ordered. He was telling me that this bed doesn’t require box spring and nothing can be done. I said if this bed requires box spring then send the box spring to me, cause it’s not my fault. He just made us hold the phone up to more than one hour and said supervisor is busy. I didn’t think there was anybody else besides this rude representative who would not believe me. This is the worse customer service experience I had and decided never to purchase anything again from Macy’s. I wish I can post the picture of the bed here to prove my point.
