Disappointment
I bought this for my daughter in February. Within just two months, the mattress has become deformed—it has actually split in two. It is horrible. I purchased it at Macy's, but I haven't called them yet to resolve the issue because they say the warranty is only valid for one month. So, as far as I'm concerned, buying this was the worst mistake I could have made; it is absolute garbage.

terrible quality divets after a couple of months
After 126 days (of which 21 were waiting for an inspector) my mattress was shown to only have 1.5 in depressions and I was not eligible for a replacement. Though one rep suggested that I make the dents worse so I could get the replacement. After literally 4 hours on the phone trying to get any on shore person to speak with me, I was offered an exchange (still offshore with poor language skills). Now I am at minute 43 trying to place the exchange order, 30 of which were on hold. I understand the cost savings offshore provides, but this has been a terrible experience.

Needed a new mattress
Was in need of a new mattress immediately and was able to get this for 65% off. Unfortunately no stores had it in stock around me, but upgrading from a 15 year old mattress to this will be just fine.
