Bought this mattress based on what an associate in the store Jackie told me. She told me this would be a firm mattress for my back. I received it and was completely disappointed. It sinks in and has no support. I waited a 2 days to see if anything would change and it didn’t. Now I have to return it because it’s a waste of money and I can’t afford to be in pain. If you like firm DO NOT buy. I will go to the store to complain because I’m very upset.

I had this mattress for a few days and it’s supposed to be a firm mattress and it sunk in. Had an inspection and was told it was fine. Disgusted with how this issue was handled.

what happened
on day one the mattress took a literal "dip" the good news it I was able to return it. it is a process so it took about a month to get another mattress. I got another, brand and the same thing happened so i just got the next one at Ashllleys. Not that when you return you will not get a refund on you delivery eg., to the door, to the room other expenses.
