Bad purchase
This is my second Beautyrest. It was a terrific mattress that lasted 9 years but this one I exchanged from a plush eurotop to a plush pillow top and it is just horrible. I can feel the springs and it’s not plush at all. I regret purchasing this mattress from Macys . I got my first from Sears . Not sure if that made this specifically for Macys and less quality but I truly do not recommend this mattress or any mattress from Macys

Bought this mattress a couple weeks ago. It's like sleeping in a hole, way too smooth, you sit on it and it collapses all the way down, I'm inly 170lbs.

Bad Bed
I was so excited to get my new mattress. The whole purchasing process is difficult until you find the right mattress. I have had mine 2 weeks and it’s starting to sink in the center. Keep in mind I am single tall thin noway should the bed sink. Horrible horrible experience and wish me luck trying to return

I never had a mattress as bad as this one.
This bed is terrible. It sinks after one night sleep.
