Does not feel like mattress in store

This mattress is very firm. The mattress in the store had a nice layer of cushiness but I am not feeling it on this mattress. Am giving it a chance to break in but if no improvement after a month I will be returning. I had to add on my old cushioned mattress cover which I didn't think I would need with a new bed. I am a side sleeper, so while I need support for my back, I also need some give on the top layers. I think a memory foam feel (though I don't want a tempur-pedic type bed) on top would be preferable since the latex feels too firm. I suppose I could buy a memory foam topper but shouldn't a new bed feel good on its own?

Amazing Mattress

I absolutely love this mattress. We are a mid-forties couple that finally made the switch from a plush pillow top. I absolutely love the firmness, but appreciate that softness of the mattress. It’s the best of both worlds! And 100% recommend the adjustable base!

Chronic back pain

I have chronic back pain now from this mattress. It’s hard but mush at the same time. Zero support to my lower back. I can’t make it through the night on this bed.
