Poor job sending out your items having them broken

First necklace I ordered they sent it to me broke. It was much more than the one that they replaced with this one and the second one I get I’m so disgusted. It came in a little bit cheap packet like if you got it from the dollar store and the box is bent. I didn’t even try to open the bracelet. If it’s stuck like the other one was I’m just gonna take it back when I give it to my daughter-in-law in April, when I see her. this is ridiculous.

Poor Quality Clasp

Clasp on bracelet is poor quality. It doesn’t secure correctly. Mine unclasped unexpectedly. Thankfully, it unclasped and fell into my purse. Recommend taking to jeweler to add a chain link at clasp site. However, I highly recommend not purchasing this bracelet at all if you’re having to already take it to a jeweler to make it more secure.

Pretty but lacking in the clasp

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter - 12 days ago. Very pretty - it does sparkle! However, after the first week the clasp started to open and she almost lost the bracelet - lucky for her it was saved by the sleeve of her sweater. As of today when she tried to put it on the clasp broke off! The good thing is that I purchased the protection plan - the bad thing is that I need to send it to be repaired after 12 days and very little wearing time! Not off to a good start.
