FAULTY EARRINGS BACK

Poor rating only due to the faulty earring back and horrible customer service. I purchased as a gift to myself, and they were stunning. Unfortunately, I didn’t even get three months of wear out of them. One of the backs was noticeably loose from early on. I intended to replace it, but before I had the chance, the defective back came completely loose and I lost one of the earrings. It’s incredibly disappointing to lose such an expensive piece due to what appears to be a faulty backing. I expected better quality and durability, especially at this price point. While the earrings themselves were beautiful, the backing issue resulted in a very costly loss. I called the customer service agent both India and USA and as given taken information to purchase insurance after the faulty earring back. I’ve lost a significant amount of respect for Macy and teh amount of money I spend yearly on my card will now change.

Really cute studs

These studs are the perfect size and have such a great sparkle to them. The post is nice and sturdy. I got them when they were on sale ~70% off and it was worth it. Not sure if they are worth the full price of them however

Sparkly and gorgeous, size just right

Very sparkly and gorgeous. Size just appropriate. Not dainty or over the top either. It gives just the right amount of dazzle to your ear. Less is more! I bought both yellow and while gold due to sale. I also bought the matching yellow gold necklace and I’m waiting for it to arrive.
