My engagement ring

It didn't come with certification. But Khanh Hoang needs a raise! She is amazing and invited to my wedding that's how much we love her! She is the best worker you have in that building. I own my own business and and she checked all the boxes and then some!

The ring AND customer service was Phenominal

The shipment of this ring was delayed, but EVERYONE at Macys did there all to get it to me by Christmas Eve so I could propose to my Fiance. I had planned to propose to my Fiancee on Christmas eve. The shipment was delayed and it looked like it would not make it in time. the customer service agent named "Benetta" was incredible and she did her all to get the ring to the store in Valencia in time. The store Manager at Macys of Valencia California helped to get it received immediately so I could pick it up on Christmas eve litterally with less than an hour to spare. ALL the peole at Macy's were AMAZING!! Oh yea the ring is beautiful and my girlfriend loved it!

The smaller diamonds on the ring are WAY smaller than they appear in the photos.
