Happy wife!!

My husband bought this ring for our 4 year anniversary and I love the ring!! It’s so beautiful bright and shiny. My only complaint is that it’s slightly too big. It’s a size 7. I knew I should’ve gotten the 6.5 but under the advice of a jewelry consultant he told me to get the bigger size only because the stone is big and you don’t want it to be too tight. Go with your instincts. But other than that I love my new ring.

Lab created ring

I purchased this ring online. It arrived and was slightly too small, so I returned it, and the seller received it on March 2 of 2026. However, it is now March 25 and my credit card has not yet been issued a credit of over $2000. I have called Macy’s to get an explanation as to why I have not received my credit. Only to be told I needed to wait another 10 days or so after March 18 to check back to see if they had cleared it not only that they asked me to file a dispute with customer service. At that time I was transferred at least four times and still have no resolution my account still shows a balance of over $2400 to this day. Very frustrating do not buy any jewelry from this seller because the credit will take forever if something goes wrong.

Late shipping

I ordered this ring on February 26. I haven’t received it yet. If I called they said it will be there after 3 days. If I tried to track it said still processing. If it has to take 1 month they should say that clearly. If I get this ring or not I don’t want to see Macy’s again. I will close their credit card.

Shiny sparkling beautiful ring

Beautiful ring. Took way too long to ship. Website states states ships in 3-6 days it took weeks. Ring is worth the wait, but should take to your supplier or update website.

So worth the wait!

This ring is absolutely amazing ! The center a stone is mesmerizing. The setting and smaller stones are just as clear and perfectly set. That said, the wait was long. Like almost month.

A wow ring

If you are having second thoughts about buying this ring, don’t. It was in the processing mode for around 3 weeks. I thought something was wrong with my order or it got lost in transit. I called customer service and they assured me that everything was okay. In all I had to wait on this ring for 4 weeks almost. Not 3 to 5 days as advertised. Ladies ladies ladiessss… it worth the wait. It’s even more beautiful in person than advertised. It’s absolutely worth the wait. I am in love with it and can’t stop looking at it. So many compliments.
