Its a ghost...We will never know

I ordered the ring 10 days ago only to find myself calling customer service over and over to figure out when the ring would be delivered...I got an email for the delivery and then...NOTHING! At the time of the order, the shipping timeframe was 3-6 days, What happened? After getting the run around, I ended up cancelling the order and now I have to wait for the money to go back on my macys card (as if it's my fault) So sad...we will never know what the quality or what the ring looked like in person. Its the phantom of Macys!

Gorgeous Ring. Worth the wait.

My 1 carat diamond eternity ring set in platinum, is just gorgeous and well crafted. I ordered the ring in size 5.5 and it measures 5.5 on a jeweler's ring mandrel. So, it is true to size. The diamonds are really nice and my ring has 18 diamonds. I looked at them under a 30x stereomicroscope and they have no dark spots. The diamonds are nice and clear. It's a very comfortable ring on me. The 1 carat version in platinum is lightweight and not bulky. I expected the metal to be thicker than it is. I was able to get it at 65% off, which was great. It took 17 days to get the ring, but it was worth the wait. Would I buy this ring at full price? No. However, given the discount, I have no complaints. Please take that into consideration. Also, the metal is thin between diamonds, so you don't get the swirl effect to a great degree. It's still a beautiful ring and I do recommend it.
