Box lock stuck

The box lock is stuck. I cannot remove the bracelet. I will need to go to a jewelry repair to see if we can get it off without damaging it.

Description deceiving

I purchase this on December 12,2025 while the description stated 14k yellow gold. While I was tracking the shipping status Of my package I noticed the description of the listing change from 14k yellow gold to 14k gold over silver. The description they change a couple of days later is deceiving. I return the item as soon as I received it in the mail. Not worth purchasing for a fake gold.
