Still best product around

Clinique clarifying lotion is one of the few big brand products I’ll pay the outrageous price for. Nothing compares to how it makes my skin feel after use. But goodness it’s become pricey.

Love this product hope it never changes

Love this product for my combination dry skin. Desperate for a good product to clean my face and someone told me about this product in 2003. I tried it for a month love the way my skin felt and never looked back. Long as you keep this particular set for combination dry skin I never have to worry about having to find a new brand.

Macys Fulfillment/Packaging-items arriving damaged

I have been ordering this product for years. For the last 2 shipments, the product arrived without original manufacturer packaging and sealed cap. I thought it was a fluke the first time. The bottles only had the pump cap and the bottles were notably not full, with a quarter of the product missing. Inside the package, there was little packing and the bottles were just rolling around. Notably too, the bottles were covered in dust. This product is not cheap and I don't know what is happening with Macys. This is not the first damage product I have received. All of the above gives pause on whether I am receiving authentic product. Disappointed.

Severely damaged and disappointing.

I’m pleased with the product. I have used these for years. However my bottle of the lotion leaked in the box. I lost about a third of my lotion. It’s to expensive for careless packaging. I have ordered my product for years. First time I have had a problem. I’m disabled so I can’t even make it to San Bernardino to return for a full bottle. I’m disappointed.
