my skin feels great after using

I was using another brand for toner for am and pm routine, another good brand. I purchased clinique toner on sale, did not care for the scent and felt it wasn't gentle enough as opposed to other product. The more I used it the happier I became with product. It cleans my skin well and 2 weeks of use my skin looks healthier. I will purchase again.

used unbound lid already put on bottle. unsanitary. called ma ys wouldn't give me manager or general manager. no one called back. unsanitary and breaking health laws. so not what macys used to be. Valencia store people don't care. have still had no resolution to this problem ! they owe me refund ir new bottle unopened and boxed. not used sample off counter.
