Hangs crooked!

We wanted three pendants over our kitchen island. Two of the first three we ordered the rod screwed into the light fixture at an angle so that when the rod is hanging straight down, the fixture itself is cocked at an angle. We kept ordering and returning- another six were all crooked! The manufacturer apparently couldn’t figure out how to get it threaded correctly except for the one pendant. Now we have to return again and look for another pendant- a shame since we really like the look of this one.
