this set is stunningly beautiful. I bought it to replace a teak set I owned for 25 years. Delivery was wonderful. I purchased at end of Oct '25, and with the holidays' busyness, I didn't oil it right away. Getting ready to oil in it Jan '26 ( just 2 months as owner) and I noticed every chair has deep splits on rounded tops. EVERY chair. I tried to call the manufacturer, but apparently they are out of business, so I called Macys customer service. had to get appt for inspection... a month out. after inspection I waited for Macys to call me, Nope. I had to call them. they told me it was not manufacturer defect.. ( IT WAS), and there was nothing to be done.... although I could ask for another inspection. after much ado, I got a partial refund; based on the AS IS condition of my set. I thought Macys had quality products. I should have spent my $$ at Home Depot or Walmart ;) I

From dangerous driving, to property damage, to dishonesty and disrespect from the crew, Macy's delivery service has shown a total lack of professionalism & care. The delivery driver came barreling down our street at around 35mph, clipping nearly every tree branch along the way. He sped past our driveway, and instead of using the turnaround at the end of the road he tried backing up recklessly, smoking our neighbor's tree and tearing off an 8" branch. When the truck stopped, I confronted the driver about his dangerous driving-on a 20-25 mph road where seven children live. His response? "We don't have to deliver this table if you have an attitude." That level of rudeness and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the passenger told us the would go over to our neighbor's house to address the damage and make things right with them-but instead, they jumped in the truck and sped off. No apology, no responsibility, just more reckless behavior.

After reading other reviews, I was a bit wary about purchasing this umbrella. But given the excellent sale price (and it was the best match for the cushions on the Bristol teak dining set I ordered), I took a chance and am glad I did. We've only had it for a few weeks but so far, it seems durable and easy to open/close. For the price, it is a good value. The delivery team was great (fast, efficient and on-time) and delivered everything in pristine condition. Thank you Oscar and Francisco!

I purchased the Bristol 9-piect teak dining set after seeing an identical set advertised for double the price (on sale, no less) on another high end furniture retailer's website. The table and chairs are heavy, well constructed, durable, and exactly as described. Delivery was scheduled immediately, and the delivery team was amazing. Oscar and Francisco were extremely professional: on time (in the early part of the time range), fast and efficient. Thanks to another reviewer, I knew to wipe everything down with teak oil right away. It's lucky I did, as it started to rain shortly after set up: and the set still looks great. Thank you Macy's, and thank you Oscar and Francisco!

I bought these in Feb. they are under cover except in use. Cushions have faded extremely quick. Disappointed as chairs are very pricey and replacement cushions are too! White glove did a 5 star job delivering and setting. Up.

Purchased the Bristol Teak Dining set to replace an older metal set. This is a well constructed, quality set. The chairs are comfortable for dining and hours of conversation. They are heavy, so wind is not an issue, even with covers on them. The table is well made and easy to open to use the leafs. (I would have liked locks under the top to keep the table closed tightly, when the leafs are not in use, so I may add them.) The set was “white glove” delivered and assembled through Macy’s, and was top notch service. We immediately treated ALL surfaces with Watco Teak Oil, including under the chairs and table. It really enhanced the beauty of the wood and we love the finish. The set has received numerous compliments. Hopefully, we will get years of enjoyment from it. We store the cushions, when not in use. We expect to oil the set annually to maintain the gorgeous wood tone. It should be faster and use less product.
Wobbly Chairs
These chairs are poorly made, they give you adjustable feet at the bottom to help you "even" them out so they don't wobble, but when 3 are all the way in and 1 has to be all the way out there's an issue. There doesn't seem to be any quality control at the factory with these chairs. If you're spending this much money for a chair, you deserve to receive a chair that's well built and even. One of the chairs I received had two of the "adjustable" feet that won't even screw in all the way - they built the chairs at the warehouse and they either ruined the feet or they came defective. The worst part is the Macy's customer service that is outsourced to the Philippines they tried to send a technition to my house to check before they would replace and when I said that wasn't acceptable they offered to take my chairs back for a fee - message to Macy's - stand by your products, if you won't then don't sell them! Your customer service is horrible, do better!
