I love this Travelpro bag!

This is a replacement suitcase. It is solidly built. It has lots of pockets inside. I particularly love the 28 inch size. Has a lot of room but not too much room. Easily holds clothes and accessories for a long trip. It is heavy to start with but that makes it really solid and able to withstand the rigors of airline handling. Very high quality.

Well made bag

Expensive bag but seems well made and I was desperate for 4 wheels for moving through the airport. Wheels spin very well - almost too well … it has almost rolled away a few times

Seemed nice, but doesn't lock

This seems like a nice carry-on, but I didn't realize when ordering that it doesn't have a TSA lock on it. At this price point, there should be one, so I returned it.

I really like this little luggage

The only purpose I wanted this 16" under the seat carry on was to be able to put under the seat. I haven't tried it yet. So far, I heard only Delta can do it. For another reviewer here wanting a slight bigger version of the Platinum Elite, Travelpro.com has a 19-inch carryon with 4 wheels. I ordered that one too and will compare with this 16" when it arrives. Unfortunately, Macys does not carry the 19-inch. I had to ordered it from the manufacturer directly and got better discounts than Macys. So I am happy. So far, I have a 28, 26, 21, 19, and 16. I am tempted to get the 20" instead of the 19", since I already have a 21", I think the 19" would be more versatile.

wheels squeek

I’ve purchased this same size bag but in a different color and the wheels made no noise when turning. The olive green bag makes noise when turning the wheels. The smaller carry on bag is fine.
