Mixed Emotions

It is smaller than I expected even though I checked the dimensions and compared it to my old one and the Zipper on the business compartment (where the laptop goes) has a glitch in it that I hope smooths out. Also, when I zip that compartment there is a fold of material that keeps going out and getting into the zipper path rather than stay inside out of the way of the zipper. Otherwise, it seems to be of good quality and rolls very nicely

Little smaller interior. Thought it had a suit hanger. Very well made. Love the outside accessory storage pockets Wheels magnetic alignment system is a plus The telescoping handle is beefy and the handle is very comfortable.

excellent bag but useless out dated USB A port

very good good quality. much higher than the average bag the USB port is supposed to be USB C but the one I received was USB B (the old plug). The website says it is USB C. This is a useless USB port. This was a deal breaker for me, so I retuned the bag. I really wanted the bag and I tried to connect with TravelPro to see if it was sent to me accidently. got to dead end in all of my attempts.

OK. Not Great. Some Quality Control Issues.

The bag is certainly functional. However it is brand new and the extending handle is already loose and rattling around. The wheels roll extremely well, but they constantly do not roll straight. I expected more from Travel Pro. I travel for a living. I do not see this bag lasting more than a year because the handle will bend and not collapse properly.
