No support after 10 uses

We bought this matches for our vacation home. It has only been slept on maybe 10 times and the half of the mattress that was used is completely soft and has no support. The other half that was not used still has excellent support. We rotated the mattress, but we suspect we’re only gonna get 10 more uses out of it and then the whole mattress is garbage. I’m hoping that we can get this mattress replaced or a refund.
