My Beautiful Leather Couch

This couch is very elegant, made well with nice material, however, it's not comfortable at all for chilling and watching TV. You're made to sit straight up in a very uncomfortable position. If I could, I would return it for something different.

Bad Quality

This couch was very bad quality. I sincerely regret this purchase. The leather was very cheap and poor quality. It became discolored and started wearing very quickly. Then it started peeling. Very disappointing considering it didn’t last more than a few years. I had also purchased the furniture protection plan and was told it was not covered to remedy/replace when I called about the issues. Long-time Macy’s customer but will never buy furniture from Macy’s ever again!!

Terrible Quality

I regret purchasing this couch and matching chair. The so-called “leather” feels thin and plasticky, nothing like genuine leather. The material scratches easily and already looks worn and dingy. For the price, I expected far better quality. I cannot recommend this couch to anyone looking for a durable, easy-care piece of furniture.

Peeling couch

My leather couch (is it really!?!) is peeling. I'm very disappointed. I love the style of the couch but with the peeling ... it bothers me every time I see it.

Bad Sofa

The sofa was advertised as genuine leather but does not match the description. The surface is peeling, and there are damages on the armrest. Given these issues, it should be covered under warranty, but the denied claim bad product and bad warranty I’m very disappointed

Leather and sunscreen do not mix

We have had this sofa for about 3 years and love the look and comfort. Sadly, where my husband rests his arm and where our legs rest on the seat have turned yellow. I now know that sunscreen and leather don't mix. I have tried cleaning it with leather cleaner the stain does not budge. If you are always covered in sunscreen like we are here in Arizona, this is not the couch for you unless you plan on covering it up. My friend has the same sofa in New Jersey and has not had this problem.

DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS

This is an update to a review posted earlier this month. My 4 year old couch has 3 holes. Claims to the warranty company have been denied. Worry No More is a scam company- just do a google search on them. Macy's supports them by selling their services. Macy's is complicit in the scam by not providing any support or recognition of the poor customer service. If you have any issues with furniture, Macy's makes it tough to impossible to find any help. They have 3 Vice-Presidents for furniture who are all unreachable and clearly out of touch to what is happening in their departments. Just avoid purchases in general. You'll be much happier in the end!
