Temper-Pedic cal king

Received our new bed on 4/21/2026. Our brand new mattress outer edges are firm and fine. However, when I turn and am in the middle of mattress it’s not as firm and seems to sag. It’s not as firm. When I try to return to the edge of the mattress it’s like I’m going uphill. It’s hard to get back to the edge and is hard on my back.
