Great for 2 years - sinking in middle, back pain

I’m a lightweight, small, and under 30 years old person. This bed was great for 2 years and then I started sinking into the middle. Sleep experience became like a hammock, horrible back pain (never had back pain in my life). Tried sleeping different ways but the middle is the middle whichever direction I orient myself because of my short height. Slept on floor for a week and back pain went away. Since then, have had to invest in bunkie boards to put ON the mattress and then a thick firm bed topper on that. Not super comfy anymore, very hard surface but back pain gone. I regret buying this bed.
