Great
I just received this and it’s even better in person. The ash grey I got is a perfect shade of grey. Not to light, not to dark. Very comfortable and what it does not state in the description ( unless I missed it!) is there is a separate push button to adjust the headrest. Clearance just as stated, around 5- 6”. From order to delivery, less than a week.

Causes back pain
This is the most uncomfortable sofa I’ve ever had. It causes back pain. I was hoping things would get better after a few weeks but it didn’t. I wish I had returned it.

Beautiful
This item is beautiful. From the quality, stitching, modern look and functionality as it’s equipped with the USB & USC charger ports. Plus it’s comfortable. I would purchase this again and again. We decided on the chocolate color option and it looks so rich! Happy with my purchase! (I would post a video and pictures but there’s no option for it).

need more space.
i should have gotten a straight sofa instead of curve,can't have a place to lay down.if you want to relax another way ,Sofa is nice other then that

comfortable and great quality
We purchased a recliner and a 3-pc sofa with recliners and power headrests. We have been using them over a week now. Very comfortable with decent price. The seat height was lower than other recliners we saw, which I prefer. It is still higher than other non-recliner sofa. I am 5.6 and if I wear my indoor slippers my feet touch the ground well but even if they don't I can just use the recliner and be more comfortable. We got them at sales price and purchased 5 year warranty to be safe. I highly recommend it. I hope Macy's doesn't discontinue this line because we want to buy more pieces when we have a bigger living room.
