Great bed - needs box spring

The description of this bed says it doesn’t need a box spring, but it absolutely does. I had to order one quickly and sleep on the couch for two days waiting for it to be delivered. Also, the support legs were not included in the package and customer service says it will be two weeks for them to verify and ship replacement parts. But … the white glove delivery guys were wonderful and, for the price, the bed is great.
