Macy's took my payment but didn't ship it to me

I purchased a painting for my new home from Macy's, and I paid for it, but I never received the item. Macy's has not provided any response regarding this issue. I spent approximately $20,000 at Macy's to decorate my new house, and I am very disappointed with how I have been treated as a consumer.
