Great nightstand
Nice big nightstand. Was packaged really well but was damaged anyway. Will glue the piece together. Called to talk to someone about it but couldn’t find my order number. Sent photo of the order. Still couldn’t help me. I wouldn’t return it anyway but thought they might want to know of the damage.

Utter nonsense delivery person behavior. The deliver person was supposed to call me 30 mins before but he calls me 15 mins before at 7:45am as shown in the attached picture below and says that he will be there in 10 mins. That’s just non-sense. The delivery person was supposed to take away the old mattresses since we bought a new mattress and we are well within 30days to schedule our mattress haul away appointment. But, delivery was outright rude and continuously arguing with me that he cannot take away the mattress but he did after talking to his manager. If Macy’s cannot handle the delivery guys, just move out of this business. I don’t have to go through your indiscipline delivery guys. He was just rude and showing his full attitude. He wasn’t polite at all. If you guys have any attitude, show it to your executives team, not me. After he took the mattress, I said thank you and the delivery person didn’t reply at all, no acknowledgement. What do you guys think about yourself?
zero stars customer service
Awful customer service delivering this furniture piece. The in store sales rep told me I was paying for the full service and wrote the opposite on my invoice. I unfortunately didn’t catch it and when the delivery guys showed up they dropped a dresser in my doorway and left. After reaching out several times I’ve been told there’s nothing they can do for their mistake. Macys even tried charging me a 15% fee to return it after they made the mistake.

This bed is gorgeous! Very Sturdy and feels like a quality piece. The wood looks like a matte black finish in person. Delivery takes several weeks but it was worth the wait.
Pulls on drawers
Gunmetal pulls, I couldn't tell by the photo and there was no mention in the description. I thought it looked goldish. I'll repaint them to go with my decor. Pleased with my choice, sturdy and stylish (with DYI gold)!
