Not worth it

I’ve had a couch from Macys that lasted me for years so I decided to go with them to get another one. Since it is made to order, it took about 3 months for delivery and I can say it wasn’t worth the money nor the wait. The couch is poorly made. I saw fibers fraying and peeling off in the first month and it’s only been me sitting on it. The fabric is scratchy and the cushions aren’t tight so there are gaps where they don’t meet. I got the camel color and it is not as vibrant as shown in photos. More of a dull brown. I’ve only had it about 4 months now and regret wasting my money.

Poor customer service

Ordered two sofas on December 29, 2024. It was supposed to be ready to deliver by March 18th. After multiple attempts to reach someone that could assist in getting it delivered they had no more information for me other than what was posted online. I was told to call back on the following Monday if I hadn't heard from them. That was last Monday. Still no furniture or call.

Very comfortable, soft couch, perfect for our space. The delivery set-up took about five minutes.
