Pre worn & returned or poor quality?

While the dress is pretty, it arrived with a barely functional zipper & a HUGE rip along the seam inside on the back as well as a mark on the front. I would have returned & gotten a different one because it seemed highly likely it was worn & then returned, they no longer carried the size I needed. Thankfully I can sew & fixed the zipper myself, but I would not recommend ordering online. Their quality review team (if they have one) does not do a good job.
