I have to return this dress. The top keeps on falling down and it looks exactly when it does that. I wish it won't do that. That's too bad.

Cute dress. Wore for bridal shower. The only thing is the sleeves kept slipping down my shoulders and no way to tighten them. Maybe should have gotten a smaller size.
