I was contacterd because the delivery wasn't to my home, but to my daughters, whcih I appreciated them checking on that. The person on the phone was so congenial and was a pleasure to deal with. We covered the additional warranty, and the delivery, how I would be notified and to expect a follow up call after delivery. I felt like I had personally dealt with her for the sale, she made that connection The delivery was in the door only. The items were placed and we unpacked the sections. Everything was thoroughly packed and protected. The off-white couch was spotless and no marks. I wish the pieces could be joined together. They're not, and you know they're going to move apart and will be a constant reset. We plan to do something ourselves to make them stable. Other than that, I couldn't be more please with service and product.

Comfiest and roomiest couch ever! No feather issues. I totally recommend, I researched hundreds of sofas before deciding on this one.
The best couch ever
We love this couch, it is huge and incredibly comfortable. Worth noting that we do not have a feather issue like one of the reviews states above. We looked at dozens of couches and this was by far the best bang for buck.
Three times wrong
We ordered this couch and they sent the wrong configuration three times. Apparently Macy’s is having an issue with the manufacturer. It comes straight from the manufacturer and they’ve sent us the wrong parts of the couch three times. The middle section is wrong. We are incredibly frustrated. It’s been six weeks with multiple delayed and rescheduled deliveries. All with the wrong couch! If we ever get the right couch, it seems like it will be nice. I’m happy to update my review if we get the right couch

The couch is well made and lovely looking, only complaint is the back pillows are full of down feathers and they come out of the pillows all the time, so I have to sweep and vacuum feathers a lot. They also poke out and I feel them sometimes when sitting on the couch which isn’t pleasant.
Beautiful
I bought this couch in ivory and it looks more white in person but it is gorgeous. I'm very happy with the quality of this piece and I think it will hold up for years. It's very comfy and I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.

It is so awesome,, comfortable, lovely and I really like the weaved fabric. It is beyond perfect for us.
Beware
I bought this couch and the matching ottoman in dec 2023. I was sooo in love with it for at least the first six mos. After about six mos, feathers started coming out, which can be very overstimulating when you are being poked multiple places while trying to relax on your couch. The feather issue has only gotten worse since then. Most annoyingly, the cushions have completely lost their shape and started sagging. Cushions no longer fit together nicely, but instead there are large gaps in between each cushion, and I find myself sinking into them when trying to lay down. There is a 6 inchgap. I have the warranty and tried to make claims two separate times, but it was decided twice there are no issues with the couch per the manufacturer. I spent thousands on what was my first nice couch that I intended to keep for years to come. Now I am stuck with a couch I hate. I’ll be reselling this on facebook marketplace and taking a huge loss due to how fast the condition deteriorated
