heavy and difficult to organize

honestly, i regret purchasing this suitcase. it is very heavy and the fact that it is so deep and one-sided, makes it difficult to find things without unpacking the entire suitcase.

The Best Luggage Available!

The quality on this luggage is what I expected, and I love the features. What I don't like is the massive size. If you're traveling commercial, be careful not to go over on the weight because some airlines have a weight limit. It is very easy to go over on the weight limit because this luggage is huge. I will give this extra large luggage to my wife and purchase the regular size large Briggs & Riley for myself The only reason for the three star rating is because I can't use this oversized luggage, but I would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a quality luggage piece with great features. The garment feature is my favorite. My clothing in the garment section arrived with little to no wrinkles on my trip. I look forward to my next Briggs & Riley Large size luggage.

Beautiful but too big for most of airlines requirement

If you don't mind paying for oversized fees then go for this one. It's beautiful! I had to send it back and get a large size. Online comparison option was harder to see until you actually recieved it lol.

New but not better than previous luggage

Had a simiar B&R bag & got this as a replacement. The zipper is very flimsy & does not appear it would last long. The built in strap to attach a small bag is now separate so potential for it to be lost and cumbersome to use. The bag is just to big if you are using to fly. You cannot pack even light & if bag full you will exceed weight requirements. I need smaller bag that forces me to stay within weight requirements which for me is 70lbs per bag. Will be returning bag.

This HUGE

It’s should be called a trunk, not a suitcase. Although dimensions are are on website, until you see it in person, you can’t possibly picture the enormity of this “trunk”. Quality, is outstanding. But we had to return it, as it would be impossible to carry up the stairs of my house even empty, and can’t imagine what it would weigh when full.

Nice size and improved expansion

Nice size and improved expansion mechanism. Zippers are stiff and hard to open. Zipper fobs are shiny and cheap looking. Zipper fobs cheapen appearance of the bag and do not believe they will hold up or look better with age.
