Horrible buying experience

Delayed but no update status on when headphones will be shipped. Emailed seller but they claim they have no record on file. Something shady is going on. I just want my money credited back to my Macy card.

The worst

I ordered this product on December 14. Unbeknownst to me it was from a 3rd party seller. As of today 12/27 I have yet to receive it. And what makes it worse is the "seller" is in Somerset, NJ. I live 45 minutes away. I called Macy.com and they seem unfazed by the fact. I have paid for an item sold by them 2 weeks ago. I have never had this issue with Macy's. I have always had. A pleasant experience with the customer service. Macy's should check these 3rd party sellers better this one isn't approve by the BBB. And has a rating of 2.
