Never Received Item

Unfortunately I never received this Item. I am having a very hard time getting either a replacement or a refund. The third party company isn’t wanting to replace or refund. Unfortunately this was left outside and someone must have snatched it. I’m not sure exactly who or when because as soon as it was delivered i git home a few minutes later and I didn’t see anything there. I know this isn’t neither of our fault but now I’m left with paying for something I didn’t received.
