Eh! OK

Not exactly what I thought it would be. It's hard to make a judgment when you only spent 15-20 seconds on it in the store. Maybe just need time to adjust. Otherwise it's going back!

Two nights in....

After night two we are wondering if we chose the right mattress. It is actually not plush at all and more firm compared to what we tested in the store.

Please keep in mind that a brand new mattress has a 2-4 week break in period where the new foam needs to break in with regular use of the mattress. During this time we recommend rotating the mattress head to foot to ensure an even break in of the foam. We hope this helps!

Not what I thought it was going to be

Shop around, do not settle. Take your time and get the best deal. Read the fine print. Make sure the sales rep’s are being honest with you. There are no returns with Ashley’s Furniture. I wish I could have got a different one after sleeping on it for a few days but unfortunately the system does not work that way.

We are sorry to hear that the mattress is not providing you with the experience you are looking for. If you need to add some firmness or softness to the mattress looking into a mattress topper that is either firm for extra support or plush for extra softness should be able to help the sleep experience. We also recommend rotating the mattress head to foot every week for the first 4 weeks to ensure an even break in of the foam, typically during that time the foam will soften up a little to feel more like the in store models. We hope this helps!

great mattress

Been sleeping on Beautyrest mattresses for 40 years. Never a problem. Great sleep. Put the old one in the guest room and every one remarks how great the mattress is… and it’s 15 years old.
