Ok, not great

Use Latex as a topper. The bed needs a more spring like topper that doesn’t sleep hot like foam. But foam is cheaper to use I guess

What Customer Service

I can’t honestly rate the mattress because they delivered the wrong mattress even though I changed the order two weeks before delivery and was assured that the order was correct. The customer service representative blamed me for the error and actually hung up on me. And no, I didn’t swear, raise my voice, or get personal. I will never buy anything tMacy’s again
