Macy's - Going down hill quickly

Garbage...They upcharged us after we returned a defective bed. Associate recommended changing out all items due to being defective. New box springs, don't have box springs. Piece of wood, come on. Movement of mattress is noticeably different and never explained. But, gdang, they want the extra money. Worse part, their 120 day trial (after returning defective mattress), they charge 15% to exchange. Buyer be aware.

Box springs are very nice just right height about 5" since my mattress is very thick
