Heated

Although mattress is supportive and comfortable I am waking up sweating during the night. The mattress holds heat and causes sweating. I purchased an expensive cotton topper but the heat goes thru it. I spoke with sales and they were very nice. I picked this mattress level 3 because if xtra cooling feature. I have not experienced this with other mattresses. HELP!

Mattress delivery

I’m really upset, I’m a Macys Star Rewards customer. I bought a mattress and it was supposed to be delivered 10-23 between 4:30-6:30 and no one showed up to my house. I took off work just to receive the mattress. Now they’re making me wait another week to deliver the mattress.
