Awkward fit, awkward dress.

I purchased this dress in advance of a benefit gala and couldn’t return it fast enough. Not only was it far too long in skirt and torso length (even as a petite size), the fit was bizarre. Who thought that shoulder pads were a good addition to this? Very disappointing.
