Not Gray Furniture!
The furniture was delivered on time and the quality is excellent. The chest is as described—it is gray. I later purchased the dresser and nightstand and they both have a nasty yellow/ brown tint. I thought I was going crazy and decided it was the lighting in the room. But after reading other reviews, it is not just me. I should have returned it immediately, but I’m in the process of redecorating and I wasn’t looking at it every day.

Ordered this bed and it was delivered 8/23. After assembly the delivery guy told me unfortunately I couldn’t put my mattress down because the middle support rail was missing and gave me the number to call and report the issue to have it delivered and drilled in. Called in and was told it would be mailed out instead of delivered even though I paid for “WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY” It has been week and the piece never arrived. Called in today and was told that the request wasn’t sent until 8/27 and I would have to wait until 9/5 for the rail to be delivered. Needless to say this has been such a nightmare that I’ve requested to have the bed returned, and would guess the earliest date they can come get it? 9/3!!! How can the bad be picked up faster than the piece being delivered??? Macy’s delivery is a JOKE and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time. And to top it all off the bed is not gray as advertised.
Different colors
I ordered two nightstands for my bedroom. One of them had ugly yellow tones, and the other one was as described- white washed. Macys used to be a reliable store. It is sad to see this unprofessional service.

The color is actually whitewashed sand vs gray which was very disappointing to me. Don't think it was important enough for me to be picky and send it back since I needed to get it done and over with, but if I had my druthers I'd return it for something gray - now I need to paint the room and get new curtains so it all looks right together - maybe more retail therapy to buy bedding to match better :-(
A Stylish and Sturdy Addition
I'm really happy with the Boho Chic Wardrobe I recently bought from Macy's. The design is great, with cool mandala carvings and a nice light gray finish that shows off the wood grain. It feels really well-made, not flimsy at all. The drawers work smoothly, and you can tell they paid attention to the details. Inside, there's plenty of space. The shelves and drawers make it easy to organize everything. I got it delivered with Macy's white glove service, which was totally worth it. The delivery guys were great, set it up perfectly, and even cleaned up. This wardrobe is in my office/spare room, where I also have the Silver Stearns & Foster Giotto sofa bed (also from Macy's). The two pieces look great together; the modern sofa bed complements the boho style of the wardrobe really well. It's made the room a comfortable and stylish space. If you're looking for a good-looking and practical wardrobe, I definitely recommend this one. Macy's did a great job with it.
