Love it! But...

I love many things about this toaster oven: It's size, its easy to understand user buttons, dials and screen, the three position adjustable rack and the easy to clean crumb tray to name a few. Minor annoyance that, unlike other toaster ovens I have had, there isn't a mechanism on the door that pulls the rack out when you open the door so you have to reach into the hot oven to pull the tray out. Very inconvenient. Also, and this is the same with all toaster ovens, the toast on top the rach is perfect but with the heating element below the rack you can't get the bottom part of the toast fully toasted without rack marks.

Good toaster oven

I got this mostly for the toaster function. Love that the crumb tray can be pulled out without opening the door. The top gets hot and the instructions say that the top is a warming tray so it gets hot. Took a minute to figure out how to use it but overall it works great.

This was such a nice upgrade for us

This is a very sleek and nicely designed toaster oven. I love the digital settings- very easy to use, shuts off automatically when at the end of a toasting cycle, perfectly and consistently toasted each time. We love it.

I was sent a used oven.

Item had obviously been used. There was still cooking residue inside and food spots outside.
