Ordered 2 of these and both showed up with brown stains and scratches all over. They were super disgusting, returned.

I bought this pan after reading the reviews, thinking that the consumers were not using it correctly… I used it and started it off on low to medium heat and the thing burnt. It is very thin it is lightweight. There is zero quality and even getting it on sale from $140 it is not worth it at all. I am returning it, after one attempt of using it it burnt on low to med heat Macys should not sell this brand

We are sorry to hear of your difficulty with this saute pan. Unlike most pans, the enamelware heats up almost instantly, and will reach cooking heat within seconds. We always recommend starting at a lower heat than normal and add heat as needed.
