Most comfortable couch

I bought the couch, wide chair and ottoman about 4 years ago and I love it!!! The cushions are deep and fluffy. They do flatten a little after use but after washing the covers, everything gets fluffed back up. Yes the cushions are heavy but that’s because they are well made of quality materials. I have had food, blood, drinks, etc wash right out and my cushions are white and unblemished. Only downside is the fabric pulls and my cats have textured a few sides. Good thing I can buy replacement covers. I think the couch itself will hold up for years to come.

Worst Couch in My Life

I sat on the display model in the store. It seemed fine. There is NO way I can turn the pillows, they are TOO heavy for me to move. The seat pillows are very uncomfortable. It looks like a beautiful sofa and has a slip cover but you would have to be a weightlifter to get the slip covers off and on. I bought this sofa about 3 years ago. I am ready to get a new one, this one has wrecked my back. Also, it was not a cheap sofa. I would not buy it again.

Horrible cushions

These cushions are heavy they sink on in the middle. I spent a good bit of money at Macy’s some disappointed they’re too heavy for me to lift and turnover. They sink down right away. It’s the most uncomfortable uncomfortable couch I ever owned. Somebody should do something about this they should’ve told me about this. I weigh 110 pounds and I’m a platinum customer customer.
