  • Macy’s slapped another label on box without removing the return label from previous customer who returned . Since they didn’t inspect contents I received damaged parts. Otherwise this oven is excellent

Great countertop oven that preforms extremely well

This Breville Air Pro Oven is a replacement. My old model was tired and over worked, lasted over 8 years! I truly love this Breville , you won't be disappointed.

Easy to Operate - Love the 'Reheat' setting.

Beautiful oven; roomy; the toast setting times are a bit off - need to reduce toasting time, which is easy and can be done while toasting. Easy to operate. Has a food reheating setting that works great. Haven't used it much, yet. But know it checks all the boxes. Initially, ran it outside on high for over an hour to burn off all the coatings in order to protect my parrot from toxic fumes.

Received dented and used item

I was shocked when I opened the box. box itself was NOT damaged but there was a huge 3 inches dent on one side so we thought it was weird when box was in mint condition. Once we removed both Styrofoams to inspect the oven, noticed it was COMPLETELY used i mean used for at least 3 yrs with gunk, dirty and GREASE still attached on. Disgusting!We couldn't believe our eyes! But display section of the oven still had sticker on it as if someone tried to disguise. why Macy had a completely used oven first of all and if it was in fact used item, why did Macy send completely damaged and used item to the customer which is mind boggling. Contacted customer services and returning it. I am a loyal Breville customer as well as Macy's and it is very upsetting that this happened to me whether issue was resolved or not. Inconvenience of taking a huge junk item back to return and waste my time. I will think twice about ordering things from Macys online now on

Love the Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro

We've had it a few weeks and haven't used our kitchen oven since. You can do everything in it: bake chicken, perfect air fry fries, snacks.. It heats up quick and easy to use out of the box. The entire family uses it.

I’d give it 10 Stars if I could

I recently bought the Air Frter Pro for my new vacation house, and loved it so much, that I bought a second one for my home, that already had an earlier model. I have now owned 5 different models and thoughly enjoyed them, but this new one is amazing! It’s a joy to use it for pretty much anything I cook. It’s incredibly spacious, doesn’t take up that much more room than my previous one, and cooks like a dream. On top of all the ones I have owned, I have bought 4 more for gifts, and talked a half a dozen friends into buying one. Honestly, I hardly ever use my two full size wall ovens anymore. Kudos to Breville for making such a great quality product!
