Great travel backpack

We travel a fair amount in retirement and I was using another backpack but was looking to maximize my carry-on space and looked around at several alternatives. I have several B&R pieces about was willing to do another brand if it suited my needs. I was able to see one in a store and thought it was as good or better than others I had seen. After receiving my backpack and getting ready for our next trip this backpack is excellent. I've gained space and find the usability great for the chaos of going through airport security. The size is a minor issue since I realize it will be a struggle under some airplane seats but I don't anticipate it being a deal breaker.

Med backpack

Perfect size. Fits on my back without being too heavy. Great organization with various compartments. Very well made. Absolutely love it. Wish I had known about this company before I bought other pieces of luggage.

Don’t buy if you don’t have wide shoulders!

I was so excited for this bag - it’s a great color and has so much storage. However I took it on its first trip and quickly discovered this is the most uncomfortable bag I have ever owned. It is simply not designed with women in mind. The straps are so wide and unyielding that they constantly dig in to your arms. I’m saddened to learn that Briggs and Riley will only allow returns for unused merchandise. This was such an expensive bag and I will never use it again. I’m bruised and fuming.

Medium duffel slip through back panel doesn’t work

The medium duffel would be perfect if the slip through back panel really worked. I was disappointed to find that it was too tight to slide over my existing Briggs and Reilly carry-on bag handle. Why is the back panel strap so tight? I can’t believe it would slide through any suitcase handle. I was very disappointed that this feature doesn’t really work.

A Gorgeous Bag

I just received this bag so I haven't used it yet, but I am amazed at how well made it is and how functional. It is a beautiful piece of luggage and will go well with the rest of my ZDX collection. I am very pleased with it.

Love!!!

I have an upcoming international trip and it’s finally an amazing opportunity to use this bag! This is an amazing alternative for a carryon bag! Plenty of space to fit all your necessary items (and beyond)! The quality is amazing and feels comfortable on the body! Love that there are so many organization options / pockets inside the bag! LOVE it!

This is the perfect personal item.

This bag is the perfect bag to be used a a personal item. It holds a good amount and is very well organized. It is easy to access any compartment while on a plane and fits well under a seat. It is well made and looks great. I expect this will last a long time.
