Love Lamp, But Manufacturing Quality is Lacking

I love the lamp design, but the manufacturing quality is lacking. The top of the harp is welded on crooked, so that the shade does not sit straight. I called and had another harp shipped to me, but the same thing has happened. I have decided to "shim" the harp so the shade lays straight.
